Rescue workers continue to search through the rubble left by the tornado in Oklahoma as at least 24 people are confirmed dead. Shannon Largent, the clinical nurse manager at Moore Medical Centre describes how she evacuated patients when the tornado hit.
NHS leaders warn that A and E departments are nearing a 'cliff edge', the President of the College of Emergency Medicine, Dr Mike Clancy agrees.
