Since the murder of soldier Lee Rigby in Woolwich, we've seen a big increase in the activity of the English Defence League. Does that worry you?
Are we just seeing people who are proud of their nation expressing themselves in a more organised way? Are we confusing patriotism with nationalism? There certainly has been a rise in nationalism in parts of Europe. And we've seen it in the past. The 1930s saw the rise of the right, against a backdrop of financial difficulties - is the same thing happening again?
