A leading expert on internet security says focusing on search engines like Google will do nothing to stop people accessing indecent images of children.
One of the country's leading experts on internet security says that calls for web companies to introduce warnings, threatening possible prosecution when users attempt to access explicit sites, will do nothing to stop people intent on seeking out indecent images of children. Ian Brown from the Oxford Internet Institute says more needs to be done to prevent such images being posted online in the first place.
