There are plans to stop people driving in the middle lane, why LA's smog is reducing even though there are more cars on the road and a close look at fell-running.

Motoring journalist Liz Turner talks to our presenter Phil Gayle about government plans to target people that drive in the middle lane of the UK's motorways. It's part of plans by the government to give police in England, Scotland and Wales more powers to target motorists who drive 'carelessly'. She's pretty sceptical.
