Primal Scream frontman Bobby Gillespie fills in for Jarvis Cocker, kicking off a summer of music legends presenting Sunday afternoons on 6 Music.

Bobby will be picking some of his favourite records and telling stories of his time as frontman of Primal Scream. Expect to hear tracks from the likes of Kurt Vile, Laura Marling, Hawkwind, Savages, Royal Trux, My Bloody Valentine, The Fall, Nick Cave, The Ramones and more.

Formed over 20 years ago, Primal Scream broke into the mainstream with their 1991 album 'Screamadelica'. Fronted by Bobby Gillespie, the legendary band are best known for classic tracks such as 'Loaded', 'Rocks', 'Movin' On Up', 'Kowalski' and 'Country Girl'. They just released their 9th studio album 'More Light'.
