After his Wimbledon victory, will Andy Murray inspire a whole new generation of British tennis champions?
Will Andy Murray's victory inspire a generation of British tennis champions? Tony Blair thinks so. The LTA think so.
Novak Djokovic agrees - after losing to him yesterday he told the crowd "He's one of the greats of the game" and "will inspire a new generation of tennis champions."
But not all of YOU are so confident. Anne in St Albans has texted in, she says....
"The trouble is too many people in the tennis world are completely in denial that the sport remains elitist. You still need money to join tennis clubs."
and Louie in London says...
"What's happened to grass roots tennis in parks? Courts are laid empty for 50 weeks of the year" and "We should fund coaches to run free sessions for the public."
So, what do you think? Will Andy's win inspire a whole new generation of British tennis champions?
