The Health Secretary has had his decision to reduce services at a hospital in south east London declared unlawful and quashed by the High Court.

We get reaction to the judgement that Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt acted outside his powers when he announced casualty and maternity units at Lewisham Hospital would be downgraded. Britain's Olympic heptathlon champion Jessica Ennis-Hill rules herself out of next month's world championships in Moscow. The Home Office says people with a history of domestic violence shouldn't be allowed to have a firearm or shotgun. We speak to Bobby Turnbull who lost three members of his family. They were murdered by a man who was allowed to own a shotgun despite having a history of domestic violence.
