Michael Ball sits in with Jack Johnson choosing his final Tracks of My Years

Michael Ball sits in for Ken, as Hawaiian-born folk rock singer Jack Johnson picks his final two favourites in Tracks of My Years, with music from Gregory Isaacs and Cat Stevens.

The folk rock singer songwriter Jack Johnson picks his finals songs in the Tracks Of My Years. These include the biggest hit by international reggae artist Gregory Isaacs and a socially conscious song by Cat Stevens that's featured on his 1970 album Tea For The Tillerman. There's more love song dedications, another play of the Album Of The Week and the Friday round of the music quiz PopMaster. The multi talented Hawaiian is one of the acts taking part at next month's Radio 2 Live In Hyde Park: A Festival In A Day. Around the same time Jack releases his new studio album From Here To Now To You which will be supported by a UK tour.
