Gabby Logan presents coverage from Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium as Mo Farah bids for more global glory on the opening day of the World Championships.
Farah became a double Olympic champion at London 2012 with victories in the 5,000 and 10,000m and it is over the longer distance that he goes for gold in Moscow.
Six-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt and British medal hope James Dasaolu take to the track for the first time in the 100m heats, former world champion Christine Ohuruogu is in 400m action, and British record holder Shara Proctor makes her bid to reach the long jump final.
