Philip Hammond has told the Commons that circumstances will have to change 'very significantly' in Syria for there to be another vote on military intervention.
The Government's made it clear there are no plans to hold another Commons vote on military action in Syria - unless circumstances change "very significantly". The Defence Secretary, Philip Hammond, told MPs that Parliament has spoken. We speak to Le Figaro's reporter in Damascus - who conducted an interview with President Assad just this morning.
