INGREDIENTS
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 large cooking apples
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 discovery/pink lady sweet eating apples
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 mac reds
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Pinch of ground cloves/ cinnamon/nutmeg

Hot butter Pastry
Ìý·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 175 gr plain flour
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 125 gr butter
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 50 gr sugar

METHOD
Ìý
1.ÌýÌýÌý Peel core and slice all apples.
2.ÌýÌýÌý Toss together with spices allow to sit on paper towel whilst you make the pastry.
3.ÌýÌýÌý Melt butter and sugar until hot and sugar dissolved.
4.ÌýÌýÌý Gradually add flour until stiff dough roll out as required for pie dish.
5.ÌýÌýÌý Fill case with mixed apples roll out pastry lid brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
6.ÌýÌýÌý Bake in oven 160cÌý Gas 4 until pastry crisp on top 25-35 mins.
7.ÌýÌýÌý Serve with large dollop of cream/custard/ice cream or maybe all 3!ÌýÌýÌýÌý
