Acclaimed US composer Alvin Lucier chats to Stuart about his life in music, following his career retrospective at the Ultima festival in Oslo.

Legendary US composer Alvin Lucier, best know for his piece 'I Am Sitting In A Room' is introduced to Stuart by regular guest Anne Hilde-Neset to talk about his life and music. The three discuss Alvin's work from the early tape recorder pieces in the late 60s to his more recent exploration into beating sine-waves, showcasing Alvin's work at the forefront of contemporary composition.
