The British woman at the centre of widespread speculation following last weekend's terrorist attack in Nairobi is now the subject of an international security alert.

A worldwide alert is issued for Samantha Lewthwaite, the British woman at the centre of speculation about whether she had a hand in the attack on the Nairobi shopping centre on Saturday. Authorities say there is no evidence of involvement yet, but Interpol, the global police organisation, has issued a "Red Notice" for her.
Hundreds of people turned out for the funeral of April Jones in Machynlleth in mid Wales. The five year old's family were joined by friends and volunteers who helped search for her almost a year ago when she went missing from near her home. Mark Bridger, who was later found guilty of her murder, is serving a whole life sentence in jail.
