Acclaimed radio and television broadcaster Paul Gambaccini picks his first two songs in Tracks of My Years, with music from Elvis Presley and The Beatles. Plus, PopMaster.

This week, acclaimed radio and television broadcaster Paul Gambaccini picks the Tracks Of My Years. Today he goes for a 1957 summer hit by Elvis Presley that was featured on the soundtrack album to the film Loving You. Plus there's a 1963 number one from The Beatles that was also The Fab Four's first US chart topper. On Friday, 大象传媒 Radio 2 broadcasts a special evening of programmes to celebrate Paul Gambaccini's 40th anniversary as a broadcaster in Britain. Gambaccini arrived at Radio 1 in 1973 from American college radio and Rolling Stone magazine and he is the only broadcaster who has presented regular programmes on大象传媒 Radio's 1, 2, 3 and 4.
