Jak's Bread recipe

Basic white bread <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

  • 1 cup Warm water 听

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar 听

  • 1 pack quick yeast

  • 2 tablespoons melted听 butter

  • 2 tablespoons Rapeseed oil

  • 3 cups white bread flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Place the water into the bread pan.

Sprinkle the sugar then the yeast over the water; allow the yeast to foam for 10 minutes.

Add in the melted butter, oil, flour and salt.

Select the BASIC or WHITE BREAD setting and press start.
