It comes as whistleblower James Patrick, a Metropolitan Police officer, faces disciplinary action for raising the issue. Plus Mike Tyson's spokesperson tells the programme he's confident the heavyweight boxer will be allowed entry to the UK in the new year. Tyson was due to be in London this week for a series of dates promoting his new book. But new immigration rules, brought in at the end of last year, meant he's ended up in Paris instead.
