Previously, Andy was chief executive of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for more than six years. Prior to this, Andy spent 14 years at Cadbury Schweppes in a number of senior roles. He started his career at Unilever.

Jerry Lawson, founder, Frog Bikes
听
Together with his wife Shelley, he launched the company in February 2013. They now sell Frog bikes through independent bike shops throughout the UK, Europe, South Africa and Hong Kong.
听
Prior to Frog, Jerry has worked for Tesco, Amazon, Regus and John Lewis in various commercial positions, and is a keen cyclist and triathlete.
Ruth Sunderland, associate city editor, The Daily Mail

Ruth writes a weekly Saturday column on business and economic issues and frequently contributes to the daily City page column. She is particularly interested in the reforms of the banks post-crisis and in the UK manufacturing sector.

From 2006 to 2010, Ruth acted as Business Editor of the Observer, where she operated the Business and Personal Finance sections.
听
Ruth has also previously worked as the Business Editor for the Mail on Sunday, and the Personal Finance Editor for the Daily Express, Investors Chronicle and Which? Magazine.

She lives with her husband in Clapham and enjoys running in her free time.
