Piers Linney is joint boss of cloud service provider Outsourcery.
听
His first business involved cutting out his local newsagent by going direct to the wholesaler to start his own paper round; he sold the business at age 16. Piers later went on to study accounting and law at the University of Manchester, qualifying as a lawyer in 1997, before becoming an investment banker.
听
After leaving the City in 2000, Piers was involved in a wide range of sectors and businesses ranging from property to pharmaceutical research to dance music. He formed Outsourcery in 2011.
听
Piers appeared on Channel 4's The Secret Millionaire in 2011, and is currently a Dragon on 大象传媒2's Dragon's Den.
Lucy Armstrong, chief executive, The Alchemists
Lucy Armstrong is chief executive of The Alchemists. Her work involves matching up experienced and successful entrepreneurs with high growth businesses to accelerate their growth.

Lucy听joined The Alchemists in 2003, after an early career in private equity, corporate development and headhunting. She was also听chair of Capital for Enterprise from听2012 to听2013, responsible for over 拢4bn of government backed debt and equity support for business, and chair of the CBI's national Small Business Forum from 2010 to 2013.
听
Lucy was educated at Oxford, and holds an MBA and a MSc in forensic psychology and criminology. Hobbies include diving, chainsawing and church bellringing.
Lyndy Redding, managing director, Absolute Taste
Lyndy Redding trained at the Tante Marie School of Cookery in Surrey. She started her career working around the world as a private chef, before returning to the UK to join a small, privately owned catering business. She later went on to work for the McLaren motoring racing team.
听
In 1997 she created Absolute Taste with Ron Dennis, the executive chairman of McLaren. The company has gone from providing hospitality for the group's Formula One operation to being one of London's leading catering and event design companies. It now has more 100 staff.
听
In 2008, Lyndy was part of a consortium that bought the Tante Marie School.听And in 2012 Absolute Taste catered for the Queen at a Jubilee event, as well providing hospitality for the London Olympics.
