The EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton says it's a "grave escalation" and is calling on Ukraine's political leaders to address the root causes. A plan to share the NHS medical records of millions of people in England is put on hold, amid concerns that patients weren't given the chance to opt out. And we speak to the President of the Fermented Herring Academy, who was called in to supervise the opening a twenty-five year old tin of herrings found in a loft in Norway. There had been concerns some sort of explosion might take place when the lid was finally pulled off.
