A suspected IRA terrorist accused of murdering four British soldiers in a bombing at Hyde Park in 1982 has been told he won't stand trial - because government officials mistakenly told him he wasn't a wanted man.

The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, has called for all nations to work together to bring about a stable and prosperous Ukraine.

The United States has expelled three Venezuelan diplomats, in response to the expulsion of three of its own consular officials from Caracas just over a week ago. Plus we hear about beer in Belgium.
