This week, it launched another website dedicated to news content, which features reports from countries including Ukraine, Lebanon and Venezuela. Netflix has agreed to pay Comcast, the largest home Internet carrier in the US, to ensure its online videos are streamed smoothly to households. The deal has raised questions among advocates of 'net neutrality' - the concept that all traffic on the internet should be treated equally.
