Gene Pitney gets the double spin treatment this week as we play both sides of the record of his 1962 offering 'Town Without Pity'. This was the title song from the movie starring Kirk Douglas and became Gene Pitney's second UK top forty hit written by Dimitri Tiomkin and Ned Washington winning the first ever Golden Globe award for Best Original Song.

Brian will also be honouring avid requests for classics from Fleetwood Mac, Frank D'Rone, The Honeycombs, Judith Durham, Gloria Jones, Johnny Harris & His Orchestra, Billy Vera & Judy Clay and Thelma Houston.
