It's surgery day for Jess and Ric struggles to step back as a doctor and let Serena handle the case. Ric is determined to give Jess everything she needs following her separation from David, but is Jess ready to put the past behind her?
Holby is under scrutiny following the withdrawal of the Tressler fund and Guy is feeling the pressure. Zosia's concerns over a critical case fall on deaf ears as Guy becomes increasingly distracted and Zosia is forced to take matters into her own hands, with unexpected results.
Having stood up to Jac, Bonnie is on a high after her minibreak with Jonny and Emma. Bonnie wants to move their relationship to the next level, but with Jonny spending all his time with Jac, is he as committed to Bonnie as he should be?
