Live at Southbank Centre: Alison Balsom, David Goode

Sean Rafferty presents music and guests from the arts world, live from the Southbank Centre in London. He is joined by trumpeter Alison Balsom and organist David Goode.

Live at Southbank Centre: As In Tune's two week residency at London's Southbank Centre kicks off, Sean Rafferty is joined live in our special foyer studio by virtuoso trumpeter Alison Balsom and acclaimed organist David Goode.

Both Alison and David are performing in the launch concert this week of Pull Out All The Stops - a three month long festival celebrating the restoration of the magnificent Royal Festival Hall organ.

Plus live music from brass players of the London Philharmonic and Philharmonia Orchestras - two of Southbank's resident ensembles, and the first in a series of specially commissioned poems inspired by the organ.

Main headlines are at 5pm and 6pm.
