150gr of your favourite biscuit crushed
25gr melted butter
250gr full fat cream cheese
250ml double cream
3 lemons juice & zest
75gr caster sugar
- 1.听听听听听听 Mix biscuit & butter and press into mould or dish
- 2.听听听听听听 Whip cream until soft peaks
- 3.听听听听听听 Beat cream cheese, sugar, juice & zest
- 4.听听听听听听 Then fold cream into cheese mixture
- 5.听听听听听听 Pour on top of biscuit & chill to set
- 6.听听听听听听 Finish with lemon curd (optional)听
