Make Me Smile
Johnnie meets the singer and songwriter Steve Harley to discuss his music and his memories of the decade.
Johnnie Walker celebrates the decade of The O'Jays, Olivia Newton-John and Billy Ocean.
This week he's joined in conversation by Steve Harley, best known for a string of hits in the seventies with Cockney Rebel including Mr. Soft, Judy Teen and Mr Raffles (Man, It Was Mean). Together with Johnnie he'll cover his memories of the decade and favourite music, in a year he's celebrating the fortieth anniversary of his album The Psychomodo with a UK tour including a night at the Royal Albert Hall.
Also on the show, Johnnie will revisit a moment from the decade courtesy of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ archive and another classic seven-inch single will be added into Johnnie's Jukebox.
