Beverley Martyn plays live

Beverley Martyn talks about her list of collaborators, which reads like an A-Z of the greatest musicians in the world. Plus, she performs songs from The Phoenix and the Turtle.

Beverley Martyn first played and recorded at the age of 16 and launched the Deram record label one year later.

She contributed to Simon and Garfunkel's Bookends, played at Monterey and counts Nick Drake, Sandy Denny, Bert Jansch, Levon Helm, Richard Thompson, Ralph McTell, Davy Graham and Jimmy Page as friends and collaborators.

Beverley talks about her life and performs songs from her new release The Phoenix And The Turtle.
