Amy's professionalism is stretched to the limit when she helps Harry with a tricky case. She makes a brilliant medical diagnosis but in order to ensure Harry passes his assessment and moves on from AAU, she makes a painful decision.
Jac brings Emma into work and Jonny struggles to keep his distance from his daughter. But when Elliot offers to look after Emma with disastrous consequences, Jonny takes control of the situation and jeopardises his custody chances.
Jesse and Zosia's romance is in full flow and Arthur watches from the side-lines. But when a cockle picker with an allergic reaction is admitted, Arthur finds his own love match in crustacean-loving marine biologist Maria.
