Spain vs Netherlands
Gary Lineker introduces live coverage as champions Spain face the Netherlands for the first time since 2010's dramatic final. With commentary from Steve Wilson and Mark Lawrenson.
Gary Lineker introduces live coverage of the opening match in Group B at Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador, as Spain take on the Netherlands first time since 2010's thrilling final.
The Spanish, of course, lifted the trophy in South Africa four years ago for the first time in their history courtesy of Andres Iniesta's dramatic goal in extra time. Vicente del Bosque's side have been the dominant force in international football, having also won back-to-back European championships, but will be out to prove wrong the doubters who say they are a fading force. They face a Dutch side coached by Louis van Gaal, who will be going to Manchester United after the tournament.
