PLANK! are back in session for Marc TONIGHT!
PLANK! are veterans at this point of Riley's show, having been on a number of times but just to remind you, they're experimental, krautrock, prog, mathrock and many other things. Hailing all the way from Withington, Manchester, the band is Dave Rowe, Ed Troup and Liam Stewart and were last here when they had just released their debut album Animalism.
They made their return in January this year with a new single Aphidelity and that song and more will appear on their followup album Hivemind, which comes out on the 30th June with a homecoming gig in Manchester preceding that and more tour dates across the Summer including Green Man Festival, Festival No.6 and the Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia.
Before all that though they're here in Salford to fire up the Kraut for Marc with a taster of what's in store.
