Rolf Harris
Rolf Harris has been found guilty off all 12 charges of indecent assault. The jury deliberated for more than 37 hours before convicting the veteran entertainer and artist of assaults on four girls aged between 7 and 19. He will be sentenced on Friday. He is the highest profile celebrity to be convicted for indecent assault since Operation Yewtree was set up. His crimes took place in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s but could this still happen today? Jane discusses these issues withÌý Joan Smith, columnist and co-chair of the Mayor of London's Violence Against Women and Girls panel; Marion Smullen, former teacher, now a criminal barrister specialising in sexual cases and John Cameron - head of child protection operations at NSPCC.

Flexible Working
To any workers who long to cut down their five-day working week to a three-day week, work from home or work flexible hours - now is your chance. Up to now the right has only been available for carers, or people who look after children, but it is now being extended to all employees with 26 or more weeks' service.Ìý Workers of all ages will be able to ask their boss to alter the way they work, regardless of whether they have dependents or caring responsibilities. Jane discusses the benefits of flexible working and changes to parental leave with husband and wife Liberal Democrat MPs Jo Swinson and Duncan Hames, two days into Jo’s return from 6 months maternity leave.

Now Victoria is rebuilding her own and her family’s life.Ìý With the help of friends, Nick’s work colleagues and the community around her, she has raised over £600,000 for charity.ÌýÌý She joins Jane to talk about the accident, her altered perspective on life, the fund-raising and her plans for the future.
