50ml Gin
35ml Beetroot Juice
15ml Pressed Apple
10ml lemon juice
10ml Pandanus sugar water – also know as Kewra water (with Added sugar)
15ml sweet vermouth
10ml Cherry Liqueur
Shake and strain with cubed ice and double strain in to chilled cocktail glass
Baby Beetroot for garnish
