Cathy Macdonald asks listeners if Scotland's economic recovery feel real to them.
TOPIC 1: LITTERING
It was seen by millions of cinema goers in such blockbuster movies as Skyfall and Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, but now Glen Etive in the highlands is under threat from trash left by reckless campers. Fed up locals are blaming a "festival mentality" - rocking up on a Friday and partying all weekend - for the plague of litter louts who dump binbags and outdoor gear at the haven near Inverness. Earlier this year locals called for action when areas of Loch Lomond were blighted by litter.
Cathy asks: How do we tackle littering at Scotland's beauty spots?
TOPIC 2: ECONOMIC RECOVERY
New figures out this week show that employment in Scotland is at a record high. Add to that growth reaching the highest figure since before the recession and the implication is that Scotland's economic recovery is fully embedded. The increase in employment figures means that we now have the largest ever unbroken run of better employment. The private sector also backed up this upturn with expansion for the 21st month in a row. This recovery coupled with the government's Help to Buy Scheme means that there is now a shortage of bricks to satisfy house builders demand.
Cathy asks: Does Scotland's economic recovery feel real to you?
