Legendary guitarist and rock survivor Slash joins Shaun to chat about his new album and the guitarists who influenced him. Slash returns with his third solo album World On Fire which is set for release in September. As well as discussing the new album, Shaun also asks Slash about the influence of guitarists such as Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton, and his guitarist partnership with Izzy Stradlin from the days of Guns'N'Roses. He also talks honestly and openly about his battle with drink and drugs, and how he adapted to a life of clean living and performing. Shaun also offers-up a marketing idea around his trademark top hat.
