British chef听听has become a familiar figure on our TV screens, appearing on shows such as The Great British Menu,听Saturday Kitchen,听Food and Drink听and听The Great British Food Revival. His gastropub The Hand & Flowers appears in the Good Food Guide top 50 and is the first pub in the UK to hold two Michelin stars.

But Tom had humble beginnings and learnt to cook out of necessity - as a latchkey kid brought up by a single mum in Gloucestershire he often had to cook tea for his little brother. In his new book, Tom Kerridge鈥檚 Best Ever Dishes, he puts his own twist on well-known classic dishes. He joins Jenni to听and talk about how he discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 18.
