·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý handful mixed seeds your choice
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý pinch of smoked paprika
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 tbsp mayonnaise
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 1 celeriac, peeled, julienned or grated
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 3 carrots, peeled, julienned or grated
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý ½ red cabbage, very thinly sliced
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 2 eating apples, thinly sliced
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý 1 firm pear peeled & thinky sliced

1.ÌýÌýÌý Heat a pan and add the seeds. Lightly toast on medium heat. When slightly brown, add in paprika and toss seeds about. Pour out of the pan and reserve.
2.ÌýÌýÌý Mix yogurt, mayo, mustard and parsley. Pour over veg and apples, toss through and season. Sprinkle over seeds and serve
