Health officials say people with bipolar disorder often go for decades without being properly diagnosed, and need help earlier to cope with their condition. Sam speaks to people with the condition about how it has shaped their lives.

More than three hundred NHS staff have volunteered to travel to West Africa to help tackle the Ebola crisis. British medical staff will be based at a facility in Sierra Leone which is currently being built with the help from UK armed forces. Sam speaks to one health worker who has signed up to go.
