A selection of chamber works by JS Bach's second son, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, performed by Akademie f眉r Alte Musik Berlin and recorded at the Schwetzingen Festival in May 2014, in celebration of the 300th anniversary of the composer's birth. Music includes his Trio Sonata in G Wq 144, the cantata Der Fr眉hling with soprano Isa Katharina Gericke, and the Quartet for piano, flute, viola and cello in G, Wq 95.
