Suzy Klein presents music from the Gould Trio and violinist David Adams, Cellophony and violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky. Plus Ten Facts: Ten Pieces - Mozart's Horn Concerto No 4.
Suzy Klein welcomes the Gould Trio and violinist David Adams into the In Tune Studio to play chamber music by Brahms as part of Radio 3's Brahms Experience.
Also performing live are the cello octet Cellophony, who today will be joined by violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky to give a sneak preview of their "immersive version" of the Four Seasons at the Oval Space in London, which combins art installation, classical concert and theatre. The show is directed by singer-songwriter Keaton Henson.
And Suzy presents Ten Facts: Ten Pieces, linked to the 大象传媒's ten-pieces project that aims to inspire a generation of children to get creative with classical music. Each day she offers a downloadable feature with ten quirky, entertaining and illuminating facts; today's work is Mozart's Concerto for Horn No.4 in E Flat K495.
