The Nash Ensemble, chamber group in residence at the Wigmore Hall, marks the month of its 50th anniversary with a delicious programme from a corner of the repertoire in which it has long specialised - French music from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Two favourite works - by Faur茅 and Ravel - are framed by chamber arrangements of Debussy's revolutionary orchestral masterpiece, and of Berlioz's nocturnal song-cycle, performed in a version by one of the many composers with whom the Nash has had a long relationship - David Matthews.
