A judge has told a 16-year-old boy that he may never be released from prison, after he admitted murdering his teacher in front of his classmates. Leeds Crown Court heard that Will Cornick had shown a "chilling lack of remorse." We bring you reaction to the news that Greater Manchester is to get the first elected regional mayor outside the capital. The plan was unveiled by the Chancellor George Osborne today - he says it's a "very big moment" for the north of England.
