This Newsround Special looks at how children make friends, and the many issues involved in becoming a good friend. It tells the story of a lonely alien who disguises herself as a regular schoolgirl, and visits Earth with one mission - to find a best friend. She explores the pitfalls of trying to make friends and getting in with the wrong crowd, and finds out that building long-lasting friendships takes time. Most importantly, she heads back to her planet having learnt that it is better to have a few good friends rather than one best friend.
