A patient describes how he got cancer from a kidney donated from a woman with lymphoma. 1 in 4 transplant organs now comes from a "higher risk" donor - people who were over 70, had a tumour or a history of drug abuse. One doctor says transplant units feel under pressure to use organs that are less than ideal. Also, is enough being done to lever up GCSE standards in poor-performing independent Muslim schools?
