Tom chats to Rachel Goswell of Slowdive, who reformed earlier this year and have played a series of live shows. They are heading into the studio to start work on new material. They were originally active from 1989 to 1995. The 5 piece from Reading were signed to Creation records, but had a relatively rocky career. They're best known for their 1993 2nd album Souvlaki, which featured contributions from Brian Eno. Shortly after the relese of their 3rd album Pigmalion the band were dropped by Creation and split. Goswell, Neil Halstead and Ian McCutcheon went on to form Mojave 3.
