A round up of the days news and sport with Anna Foster and Adam Parsons. Three people have died and four others were injured after being held hostage at the Lindt caf茅 in Sydney. The gunman, who held dozens of hostages for 17 hours, is among the dead. He's been named as Man Haron Monis, an Iranian-born cleric currently on bail for several violent offences. Plus, Ed Miliband says company bosses who take on cheaper foreign staff instead of British workers could face ten years in jail if Labour win next year's general election; but his speech was overshadowed by a leaked document, suggesting Labour wanted its MPs to "move the conversation" away from immigration. And the Metropolitan Police Commissioner has warned public safety will be at risk, unless police in England and Wales make drastic reforms, such as merging forces.
