Andrew Neil examines concerns over how the NHS will cope this winter and gets the latest on the talks in Northern Ireland. He looks at what the government is doing to combat the skills shortage and speaks to sex worker of the year Charlotte Rose about proposals to change the pornography laws.
Christopher Meyer and expert present wrapper Arona Khan will be on to talk about the diplomatically tricky problem of what presents world leaders should buy each other, and keeping Andrew company throughout the show are the columnist Gaby Hinsliff and Andrew Pierce from the Mail.
