From the 2014 Schwarzenberg Schubertiade, soprano Soile Isokoski features in songs by Grieg and Schubert. Plus the Ebene Quartet performing Mozart's String Quartet in E flat, K428.

Founded by Hermann Prey in 1976, the Schubertiade is one of the most important and distinguished Schubert festivals in the world, presenting about 80 events each summer in the Austrian hill towns of Schwarzenberg and Hohenems.

In this third programme of highlights from concerts given this year in the Angelika Kauffmann Hall in Schwarzenberg, Finnish soprano Soile Isokoski sings songs by Grieg and Schubert, and the Eb猫ne Quartet perform one of the six string quartets that Mozart dedicated to his friend Haydn.
