Mary Anne is joined by actor, writer and comedian, David Mitchell, who delivers a 3 Minute Epiphany on the joy of walking. Everyone loves a good walk at Christmas time, right?

David likes walking because it helps with his back problems. He also likes it because it helps him to keep his cool during heated phone calls.

In fact, he loves walking so much that it also formed the basis of his autobiography, Back Story, which came out in 2012.

Mary Anne steals some time from David's busy schedule - he also stars in Peep Show, That Mitchell and Webb Look, and has just brought out another book 'Thinking About It Only Makes It Worse' - to talk about why walking is still a big part of life, and why everyone else should get out more.

We'll be playing tunes that you can both plod and fast-walk too, so there is NO excuse for you NOT to get out of bed.
