Pioneers of the London Acid Jazz scene, The Brand New Heavies are in session and conversation. Their mix of jazz, funk and soul has lit up the UK music scene for 3 decades. They'll be performing tracks from their double groovy new album 'Sweet Freaks'. At 8pm Craig will take to the decks for 30 minutes of party tunes in The Trunk of Funk. We'll be hearing from a 6 Music listener and their top 3 funk and soul tunes in The Spinage au Trois.
