Jordan says it's prepared to hand over a female Iraqi jihadist to Islamic State, if a captured Jordanian fighter pilot is released unharmed. The jihadist militants have threatened to kill the pilot and a Japanese journalist unless their demand for her freedom is met. Labour and the Conservatives have clashed in the Commons about new guidance issued to hospitals in the way they handle excess demand at A&E units. Plus we hear from a man who completed 50 challenges set by his wife, to mark his milestone year. His challenges included skinny dipping and laughter yoga.
